The group is again trying to carry out new missions and unexpected risks, landing in an unknown area to search for survivors in that area. Meanwhile, Morgan and Alicia face a new phase of challenges where they meet a survivor who has suddenly found him. Over time, the group is struggling to achieve more schemes they are trying to do again.

The tone feels completely different from the first few seasons. Now we have a show that stands on its own two feet and doesn't feel like a cash cow.

It's gone from a zombie show about morally grey characters to one led Morgan Jones for goodness sakes... It's a crying shame that it's come to this. I am not particularly hopeful for this season, though they've surprised us before.
