According to his criminal works, a young criminal guy, has been forced to join the police academy, where he struggles against coping with the hard rules and life, but once, everything changes, as he becomes a new one with a dream of becoming a police officer and face criminals.

The movie had its moment in the sun, somebody made a lot of money from it and then it vanished. Mercifully so in most ways, but not without leaving at least a little whiff of younger, happier days behind.
