Tooper Harly is a gun fighter pilot in the US Navy, but he leaves his service after the accident which happened, he loses the control of his plane, and the ghosts which sees in his dreams to try one of his friends, Lt. Commander James Block, demands a from him to return to his active duty as a pilot to aid him in the secret mission.
