Season 4 opens with exciting events through Neil, Peter and Mozzie's quest for a serious thief who is wanted for investigation by the FBI and Neil and Peter are conducting an intensive investigation into a beautiful widow in connection with a huge amount of life insurance. On the other hand, Neil and Peter are building new cooperative relationships despite their differences over Sam Phillips. Peter must develop a plan to reintroduce to New York and discover Mozzie's evidence of a treasure left behind by a large spy ring.
