Flash essentially tossed up a season saving Hail Mary. Whether that's enough to fully turn the season around is unclear, but at least it's heading to overtime now.

Lose Yourself, is a fast-paced, action-packed installment...It contains many surprises, including several big plot twists, long-awaited face-offs, and solid character moments.

This week's episode is action packed but really leaves a viewer wanting something more... because a hero should have to defend his convictions not suffer and be made to look like a slack jawed dope because of them.
