It's just hard not to smile while watching this show.October 05, 2016
After a promising start, last season turned into a depressing muddle. I'm hopeful that now that the timeline has mostly been reset, season 3 can have a fresh start, but this wasn't an inspiring beginning.October 05, 2016
While in the comics, Barry's actions rewrote the whole world with some bizarre and disastrous consequences, here, things are far more subtle, and the focus stays on the people who bring us back week after week.October 05, 2016
My basic point, and the show's, is this: Barry will always return to doing whatever is best for the Wests -- and the Season 3 premiere "Flashpoint" proved that once again.October 05, 2016
The real changes here are more emotional than grandiose.October 05, 2016
It's possible all this time-traveling and rewriting of history is beginning to wear thin, and even the writers can no longer keep it all straight.October 05, 2016
The cause and extent of the damage remains to be seen, but here's hoping the Barry Allen who deals with it is closer to the spirited optimist of the first season than the mopey maker of bad decisions from last year.October 26, 2016
Watching the yellow blur saving the city is fresh, having not being given much of a chance to shine in the last season, it's brilliant to finally see Lonsdale get something to play with.January 22, 2017
Overall, we're off to a promising start to The Flash Season 3, even if the concept of flashpoint itself was a bit of a letdown. It was a good launching pad.
