The series discusses an important issue in a satirical way, season two revolves around a group of black students who struggle against social injustice they received according to their color. Samantha White, an university students who struggles against her identity as a mixed race and holds at the same time the white people accountable through her campus radio show 'Dear white people'.

Overall, the second season isn't as cohesive as it could be. But even the show's messiness is endearing. It's an encouragement to listen to that narration, to watch it all again... this time to watch even closer.
