As a compliment for season one and two , season three comes to portraits largely the life inside the hospital where many people have to be treated. The action of this drama takes place in LA County Hospital emergency room where many people may lose their life and 4 doctors have to save their life with the lack of medical resources and services, they work under a great pressure and they do their best to manage to save all people but they can not.
