A romantic relationship between Athenian is still going on despite the difficulties we are going through. We are reviewing this in a second season. Jimmy has accepted the job of telling TV shows. Gretchen and Lindsay realize that they have nothing to talk about except the men in their lives. Edgar meets someone in his own class. Jimmy discovers that Gretchen sneaks out of the house at night and suspects she has an affair. Lindsay's spiral life reveals that she does not know how to live alone. Edgar takes Dorothy on a date.

The show will have to adjust to its leads making strides toward maturity and monogamy, and away from the holistically bad behavior that defined season 1, but You're the Worst is, at least for now, still a riot blessed with an ace cast and strong writing.

You're the Worst can't really be compared to anything else in its genre because Jimmy and Gretchen's relationship is not what normal people do. But normal is boring. Who needs normal?
