A new season begins with much more challenges and excitement that follows the daily activity and struggle of Dale Cooper, a young intelligent FBI agent, who investigates on the murder of a young girl, the thing that challenges him, as he reveals more horrible secrets. This season begins with a similar murder that reopens the old case of Palmer.

Dance numbers, pantsless costumes, Donna's hideous updo, earnestly inane speeches, a pregnant lady doing the splits, something called "contortionist jazz exotica," drama, intrigue, suspense! I truly love the Miss Twin Peaks pageant.

There are several nice scenes, including the one between Audrey and her father, as well as Coop and Annie.

Outside of the finale and the episode resolving the Laura Palmer storyline, the final act of "Miss Twin Peaks" is as tense and dread-inducing as the series ever got.
