Balart is the beloved city of Dr. Lucian Blake, who returns to it after a long and hard work and in his hand his daughter, who was lost a long time ago and was found. But this time, Balart was not good as it was filled with the murders that made Mr. Blake use forensic medicine to solve those hidden puzzles about those crimes. It was not popular for Blake to change his commander Danny because the one who replaced him was a bad cop who treated him badly and made his work very difficult.
