Working in an investigations is not easy for, Jane Kennedy, a local coroner who returns to live and work in Lighthavon after she has escaped from when she was a teenager. She has to work with, Davey Higgins, her childhood sweetheart who becomes a local detective Sergeant and they investigate any sudden, violent, or unexplained deaths.
