The new season begins to complete the events of the previous season where one of the biggest moments of the first evening is 'The First Rose Impression' always, because it is the first glimpse of what the bachelor may be looking for in a mate. Colton Underwood gives this honor to Hannah G, and tells her that she reminds him of the house. On the other hand, Erika gets some time for a one-time cocktail party to chat with a bachelor Colton Underwood, and do not waste time getting to the big things.

It's also not a good sign when the majority of the lead-up to the action of the season is the host and the Bachelor sitting around going "A lot of people think that this was a bad decision but it's ... fine?" for 50 minutes.
