Parker [Lewis Can't Lose] may not be the best show on TV (then again, it may), but it's the cleverest by far, and the coolest.

Overall though, even with a few so-so episodes, this was another strong year for Parker Lewis, which continued to prove that it basically had no rules

This topsy-turvy, sometimes surrealistic sitcom gets an "A" for effort, even though there are some noticeable growing pains in the show's second term.
