The fourth season begins when Neil's ex-husband decides to come back and try to ask Neil for protection from the mob. There appears to be a new relationship between Nina and JC, and Lieutenant Parker is involved in a new bank robbery. G Cathis Nina and JC enter an unusual experience between them, and Nina Weston turns into a different path of secrecy as a strong company owner.
