NCIS - Season 17
Season 17 follows special events, after the body of the Navy lieutenant was found hiding under 18 wheels, an issue that has aroused considerable controversy. At those moments, the NCIS team tracks the previous locations of the vehicle in order to uncover clues about that story and locate the crime. Elsewhere, the NCIS team tries to link the crime scene at Arlington National Cemetery with a series of attacks on veterans.

Yup, Ziva has definitely returned. It was certainly understandable why she had played dead after her father's farmhouse was blown up on NCIS Season 13 Episode 24.
