A new season begins with much more excitement and struggles that follows Mike, a miserable police officer who suffers from the over weight and Molly, a young teacher suffers from the abuse she receives from others, according to her overweight, who fall in love with each other, upon meeting in the Over-eaters Anonymous meeting and make their mind to lose wight. In this new season, Molly makes her mind to give up her job.

The fourth season takes the reins off Molly in just about every way. The "old" Mike & Molly wasn't bad, [but] the newer show retains their lovability - but has put it in a much livelier context.
