Midsomer Murders - Season 18
It is a series of serious and dramatic events that we are experiencing differently during the 18th season. The season begins with the bones of St. found in the archaeological dig which could make everything going at a dangerous turn in the village of Midsomer Cicely. The drilling leader has been found dead, and now DCI Barnaby and DS Nelson are working out that more skeletons have been buried through different ages.

In the first episode of the new series, the canny producers decided to trick viewers with an inspired red herring that no one had actually been murdered. So, Midsomer Missing.

On this evidence, the future looks bright for this much loved, much watched, eccentric old survivor.

It's so reliable, not only for its efficiency - no character is ever found half-dead - but for the fortitude of the survivors. Upper lips in these villages are as stiff as rigor mortis.

Who do we suspect? Well, as usual in Midsomer, we suspect everyone.

Even the title's slightly off. As far as I'm concerned, Midsomer's Murder.
