Jett Kowalski spent a long time in prison after doing many criminal tasks and did not want to go back. Charlie Baudelaire is trying to put pressure on Jet to agree to a final job but insists on working with her former partner, Rufus 'Quinn'. In the meantime, Quinn is killed and perhaps Kołski has no choice but to work for a strong and evil Russian man.

Probably a little too derivative for its own good, but through five of its first nine episodes, it marks another fun-but-not-too-deep entry in Cinemax's stable of expanded B-movie genre pieces. And it's a great showcase for Gugino.
