A wide range of powerful events we live through a dramatic and terrifying drama in this series. The series tells the story of a girl named Melinda who can communicate with the recently deceased Earthlings. The events begin with Melinda, who must combine the spirit of a child with his family before a tragedy that seems catastrophic in everyone's life. There is the spirit of a soldier disturbing Melinda at her wedding on an ongoing basis.

The problem is a lack of depth; "Joan of Arcadia," the series this is replacing, had heartfelt moments and significant emotion behind its storylines. Whereas this has Love telling ghosties to head for the light.

If TV really wants a success built around this actress, someone in Hollywood should pay attention to her chameleonic and comedic role in "Heartbreakers," and give her a role that plays to those strengths, instead of something this translucent.
