Defiance - Season 3
Science fiction continues in a wonderful third season, and events begin as the handsome arms dealer changes the fortunes of the challenge, dividing Amanda, Nolan and Berlin. Nolan is recruiting a militia to fight the next Votanis army, but the Defiance people need to be convincing to fight what could be a war that can not be won. But the presence of Stahma causes strife between the mysterious Omec.

Defiance has always been a fine enough, albeit perplexing series.

Because everyone is expected to put Defiance first, it stands to reason that the show will keep retreading the same ground.

The show is definitely darker and more Mad Max-esque. Or maybe Game of Thrones is a more apt comparison, as winter has clearly come for our heroes. There's certainly a cold, icy aesthetic to the show's presentation this year.
