Description
The dramatic story takes place in a city called Bay City where it begins with two police partners, Ken Hatch, Hutchinson and Dave Strasky. Captain Dubie is the chief of police who always gives both policemen the toughest issues, where he always puts them in a very difficult predicament. In the end, the body of a drug dealer is found dead on a local beach. Again and again, the police fail to arrest Feldman, while he is still planning his biggest smuggling operation since he entered the drug field.
