A, ex-con is given the memories of a CIA agent who was unable to locate a secret hacker in Germany. Determined to find him, the officials turn to an experimental neurosurgeon so both of their memories can be exchanged. So it’s up to ex-con to find the Dutchman and assassinate him as he might unveil the ICBM’s resulting in World War |||.

The movie is a little more fun than it has any right to be, thanks to its super-serious cast (including Tommy Lee Jones, Ryan Reynolds, Gary Oldman, and Gal Gadot) and the straight-faced approach to its ridiculous shenanigans.
