Growing up in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs his father Robert was a John Wayne fan and found out John Wayne's real middle name was Robert so took that as a sign to name his son Duke. Duke spent most of his childhood as an adrenaline junkie racing dirt bikes and later progressed to cars eventually giving up racing for a safer sport, acting. He is a strong film and entertainment industry advocate leveraging his acting and networking abilities to grow the film community as well as helping to promote more work opportunities. He has an affection for Chicago including the more than 200 theatres which offer a place for just about anyone to find entertainment and escape from the daily grind. Hide
