It is a series of powerful events that speak of a haunted man in the future and a policeman vying to stop the worst crimes of 2065. Over time, Dash faces a different path when he has the ability to predict crimes for a long time. Meanwhile, the pre-crime unit was dismantled in 2054, forcing law enforcement to rely on newer methods to counter criminal operations day after day.

The dialogue is leaden and cliched... and some of the whiz-bang technology from the film looks less impressive now that other movies and TV shows have had 13 years to copy it into present-day.
