Kolchak: The Night Stalker - Season 1
This horrific series reveals a man named Karl Kolchak who works as a reporter for the independent news service in Chicago and investigates these strange issues. Kolchak decided to transfer his investigative skills to vampires and all kinds of mythical creatures in order to investigate those dangerous creatures. Karl is trying to convince his skeptical editor, Tony Vincenzo, which these creatures exist, but it seems difficult.

The Night Stalker presents its hero as a put-upon man wholly out of his depth in terms of the actual threat at hand, but his unfailing ability to use his eyes and piece metaphorical puzzles together gives him a decided leg up among his peers.
