Hardly unbiased as a big fan of High School Musical, this will be my daughters' (and my) guilty pleasure. Bravo for a teen drama filled with humor, talent, original music, and diversity!

High School Musical: The Musical: The Series is just fun to watch. It knows its earnestness can be very silly, and leans hard into taking loving shots at that earnestness.

While the more prominent arc isn't exactly revolutionary, this newest installment shows early signs of its ability to root itself in something a little deeper. And though the clunky title can feel like an act of aggression, damn, these kids are talented.
