The world is still full of permanent conflicts between gangs, but this time it seems quite different. The Animation series begins with The G.I. Joe Special Missions Force, facing the Cobra gang, a dangerous gang that threatens the world after a successful satellite raid. Now, the Cobra gang is trying to threaten the world with a revolutionary machine called MASS that can take away anything. But in spite of all this, the G.I. Joe Special Missions Force decides to build his own MASS to counter the cobra but the device needs supplies to run it.
