There is a gang member who is considered one of the most dangerous criminal men in the area. This young man has a tragic and deadly experience when he was sent to sneak into the San Francisco police station and upgrade his ranks. This young man must face that task differently and must balance his obligations with his criminal family and the growing sense of loyalty to the ranks he now belongs to.
