This comedy TV series pursues Kathryn and Walt, the couple who manage everything in their life by a parody way. They set themselves up to head on a wild excursion to observe Walt's 45th birthday celebration. Be that as it may, things change when they are joined by Kathryn's ex-closest companion.

It just wants to make everybody as miserable as possible, while attempting to squeeze in a few laughs... Unfortunately for Dunham and Konner, their latest attempt to enter this dramedy pantheon falls flat.

Camping seems to be fixated on showcasing people behaving badly - whether on their own or due to outside influence - without necessarily having a larger point to make.

"Camping" delivers an annoying character who is anything but amusing. She made me cringe, yes, but only because I couldn't wait to get away from her to go do my laundry and wash the dishes.

The series is grating -- the TV viewing equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. The worst part of all of this is that it's Garner's first regular TV role since Alias ended. Maybe SD-6 is behind the whole thing.

Camping all in all is less fun than waves of dive-bombing mosquitoes. Hell, even a good ol' baked bean-infused fart-fest around the campfire would be a welcome diversion.
