Season 2 is the most exciting season. Many events are still under the microscope. Jeff and his family discover that things are worse than ever months after the ASA attack. The children of the green light are searching the street, where the ASA agent investigates Lin's involvement with the centuries, and Anisa's powers begin to shrink and fall.

While much of the plot for this episode rested on smart characters making dumb decisions, the character moments mostly paid off.

I think that if we are holding not only the character, but the creators responsible for telling stories that aren't harmful to young women viewers, then we have to also acknowledge when they work to do better.

I liked that the plot didn't stick to the obvious cliche story of Jennifer and Khalil hooking up while on the run.

I think the "Book of Rebellion," this short arc about Jennifer and Khalil running away from home, has worked the best out of all this season's mini-arcs so far. But this episode still has a few glaring holes.
