This movie revolves around the story of students who go snowmobiling but are subjected to a storm where they lose track of their location. They then find an out of the way sanatorium and choose to stay till the storm passes. They had absolutely no clue that this is the residence of three bizarre killers.

if you look at Wrong Turn 4 as a tongue-in-cheek nod to the horror genre, a send-up of this without going for actual jokes or spoofs, then it's a bloody good time

O'Brien delivers everything that franchise fans who have stayed the distance could want: utterly gratuitous nudity, grunting mountain men, gore by the bucketload, and local cooking tips... The characters are interchangeable, and all for the pot.
