The Joy Luck Club
Four ageing Chinese women who have been moved to live in the United States, where they have married and have a good life, but when their daughters participate in Mahjong, the thing that affects badly on them, as they fear of failure, the thing that teaches them more about the complicated relationship between the mother and her daughter.
