The Accidental Prime Minister [Audio: Hindi]
Perhaps it is very important as the film explores a series of powerful events that speak of the man who caused a stir around the world. The film begins with a biography of Manmohan Singh, India's prime minister and the type of control he has enjoyed over the government and the country. It is the story that speaks of more Indian secrets and the system that prevailed during this man's eagle.

Although it tries to put on a gossipy, insider tone and create a this-is-how-it-happened feel, The Accidental Prime Minister never evolves into anything more than a broadside against the Gandhi clan.

The film tosses in news footage of real people and then cuts to their onscreen counterparts. Which of course makes this whole enterprise even less convincing.

The film is so incompetently crafted, terribly performed and transparently petty that it isn't even pathetic enough to be panned as a "propaganda" movie.
