In Japan, strange things may happen where foreign immigrants are avoided by everyone living in that community. Over time, they seem to mock Yakuza, live on a path of fear and always fear their discovery and repatriation.

Shinjuku Incident forgoes flashy action scenes in favor of old-fashioned moralism. Warner Bros. could have made it in the 1930s, and that's a compliment.
