Police Academy: Mission to Moscow
It is a different paradigm we live through the officers of the British police. The events begin when the most laughable American police officers are sent to Russia to help the Russians deal with Mafia President Konstantin Konali. It seems to be funny because the head of the muffler is someone who produces extra games that can drop any computer security system at all in the world, which may make things look quite complicated.

Guffaw-deficient, the film offers recycled sight gags, sexist shenanigans, lousy second-unit staging of car chases, and crudely choreographed physical comedy set-pieces.

An inept, geriatric romp that's for completists only.
April 17, 2005
Desperately, aggressively, obnoxiously inept slapstick fare.
July 24, 2004
Easily the worst in a miserable franchise, Mission to Moscow makes Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol look like Battleship Potemkin.

Rarely have one and a half hours felt so like a life sentence.

Lame, sloppy, cack-handed, utterly redundant - put succinctly, the very worst of the series.
