Richard Malone is an ex-CIA hit-man who want to forget his past and start things all over again. On his travel around the USA, he stops at a small but beautiful town. He realizes that the Mayor here is a dictator, who keeps all the habitants under his power by fear and violence. Malone decides to use all his abilities and his money to stop the Mayor.
