Helena is a young woman working as bike courier once her life changes after she survives traumatic accident. Helena discovers that she has a benign tumor , this tumor relates to her unborn twin. Helena conditions worsen and she starts to see hallucinations and suffer from strange blackouts. Her evil twin's affects appears on Helena and put herself and her best friend in great danger.
