A rebellious high school student named Johnny Grissom is killed while he is on a drunken joyride. Soon, Johnny returns from the grave as a supernatural creature seeking revenge as he wreaks havoc on those who have wronged him, including his classmates.

Terrible. Unwatchable. All those adjectives and many more would apply, but Johnny Gruesome is just as appropriate a title for this dead on arrival zombie film.
