Horns
Ig Perrish is a handsome young man who was once accused of killing his girlfriend Mirren, and no one believes he is innocent of the charge and that another murderer committed the crime. After the time, Ig woke up from sleep and discovered that he had horns coming out of his head, and the Lg began to turn into a force that made him recognize the deepest guilt. Perhaps through this force, Perrish was able to find that real killer and revenge for his girlfriend who was killed in mysterious circumstances.

Daniel Radcliffe gives an absolutely incredible performance that Horns doesn't really seem to fully appreciate. But the ludicrous ending derails the film from what was otherwise a gripping mystery thriller.

Horns appears to be of the persuasion that everybody is a liar and inherently evil, and it's a disappointingly one-note approach to a premise that could use a lighter touch.

There are a couple of decent movies somewhere inside "Horns." But here's the real sin - Aja has no idea in hell of what they are.

At nearly two hours, "Horns" is about 30 minutes longer than it needs to be. But it's doubtful even a shorter version would cure what ails this film. Maybe you have to be tripped out on LSD to appreciate it.
