The film follows the story of inventor Wayne Win Zalinski, who was able to present the invention of his two and a half-year-old son with a bundle of particles. This invention causes the child to grow as it touches the electricity as Min and his wife try to control their son. These attempts may not be feasible as the child escapes spontaneously
