The film tells the story of Agent James Locke who is experiencing a new experience in his life. Jameson is trying to start investigating terrorist activity in Sedra's underdeveloped world. Jameson is working with Commander Randall Aiken to look for the origin of biological weapons, but they may both enter a desperate battle for their lives.
