Fright Night (1985)
One evening, Charley discovers that his new next door neighbour Jerry Dandrige, is a vampire. When Charley can't get anybody to believe him, he turns to TV horror host Peter Vincent, who hosts Charley's favorite TV show, Fright Night, for help.
