The film begins with a young man named Ted Bondi. Ted Bondi was famous in the 1980s for committing many heinous crimes against women. On the other hand, it seems that his girlfriend Elisabeth Kluiver has refused for many years to admit that her boyfriend was a serial killer. When he was put on trial for murder, Bondi was able to shoot his lawyer and represent himself in a strange way.
