Just how bad is the latest Jessica Simpson film? It doesn't just belong on a Worst of 2007 list or even a Worst of the Decade list, but high amongst The Worst Movies Ever Made.

It's easy to hog pile on Jessica Simpson, and certainly "Blonde Ambition" makes a great case to grab a flaming torch and run her out of the acting world for the rest of time. Perhaps if Simpson acted like an adult for once it would be a different story.

Relatively painless.

Jessica just narrowly misses slipping into the idiotic dumb blonde routine. Though her character could have done well with some serious toning down of the clownish clothes and lightening up of the far too lavishly applied lipstick.

...despite the presence of Jessica Simpson, Blonde Ambition remains an amiable, almost entertaining piece of work that generally holds the viewer's interest throughout...

I have never not laughed so much.

There's nothing redeeming about this badly written, badly directed and (in the case of Jessica Simpson), badly acted low-brow comedy.
