Asterix The Mansions Of The Gods
This film revolves around the village of Jolish, which is thought to be destroyed by any means. Now, Caesar plans to absorb the villagers into Roman culture by spreading that culture everywhere and building a drug next to the village to start a Roman colony that may be quite different.

One of the things that's nice here is that there's a lot of humour that can appeal to adults as well as kids and there's a social complexity to the situation that's quite unlike mainstream American animated films.
