When sardonic high school loner Sophie O'Dea inherits an ancient car by her kooky grandma who claims it has magical powers, she uses it to land a dream date to the big school dance. As they spend time together, Sophie must learn to open her heart before the wish is complete and he disappears back to the big city forever.
