7 Faces of Dr. La
In the early 20th century, Dr. Lao brings his circus to the town of Abalone. The town is under threat due to a break in the water supply system and wealthy businessman is prepared to buy them all out. What he doesn't tell anyone is that the railroad will run through the town in less than a year's time. The local newspaperman and the librarian both think he's up to no good. Dr. Lao gets them to look at life differently and to change. their future and behaviour for the better.
