EXOS Fitness Specialist and NYU Master Graduate, Val has devoted the bulk of her career to both creating and embracing an all-encompassing wellness approach. Her 20 years of combined experience as a successful business owner in the nightlife industry and as a competitive athlete and coach have led her to her current position as owner of The Studio MTL in Westmount, a wellness space located in Montreal, QC.She has created an inclusive space that emulates her belief in holistic wellness and is designed to facilitate embracing a balance of consistent training, recovery practices, and nutrition. She has obtained the highest possible training accreditation and has had the opportunity to work with countless athletes, high performance individuals, companies, and coaches. Her PUMP training method, which combines individualized cardio, resistance work, and mat pilates, has become infamous and has attracted clients that include celebrities like Jennifer Aniston, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Coeur de Pirate.
