Thomas Moskal was one of the star prosecutors featured on Investigation Discovery's docuseries about the DA's office in Las Vegas. Thomas Moskal was a Chief Deputy District Attorney for Clark County for the better part of a decade where he tried all types of criminal cases. During the last four years at the DA's office, Thomas was Las Vegas's lead DUI prosecutor, where he was responsible not only for thousands of misdemeanor DUI prosecutions but was also assigned as the lead prosecutor on many of the most high-profile DUI Death cases in Las Vegas.
